Request policy

The site currently accepts orders and deliveries inside and outside the country and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. A confirmation message is sent via e-mail upon submitting your order containing the invoice number, order number, and method of receipt (direct / delivery service).

Note: When you register any order with us and in accordance with your rights to return and/or cancel products, all purchase orders are subject to betrendy’s approval.

1- Purchase policy

When you register to purchase one of our products at the price listed on the product, including any fees, if any, we will notify you of our receipt of your request via your email.

2- Payment policy

• The order will not be confirmed or shipped until it is paid by Visa - MasterCard - American Express - or credit card online.
• We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you when we believe that payments are unauthorized or the payment method is invalid.
• For some payment methods, we may require additional documents to protect you from any possibility of fraudulent payments.
