Be Trendy Exchange Policy

• The exchange process is easy and simple. You can contact us by email or via WhatsApp.
• The customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 (working days) only.
• We have an exchange policy. After delivery to Be Trendy, the item is subject to examination and audit by the work team, where the same item is exchanged for the same price and the same value according to the exchange policies below: -
• The item to be replaced must be in its original condition, unworn or unused (sweat/perfume).
• With tags
• In its original packaging
• Show the purchase receipt or proof
• Contact the Be Trendy website administration to send a switch request.
• If the return is not made within the time specified above, the return order will be canceled and the company is not obligated to refund the amount paid.
• If your request is received and it does not comply with the exchange policy, the process will be rejected.
